Prime systems are upgraded versions of any Player PC, featuring improved system specs with some also offering additional RGB lighting or case color options.
Player PCs are pre-configured for performance and fast shipping, however a few upgrades are available at checkout including more powerful CPUs, more RAM, or additional storage.
Player PCs come pre-assembled, tested, and ready to game out of the box.

VR compatibility depends on several factors, including your choice of headset and the software you plan to use. Player Two and Player Three configurations generally meet the requirements for most VR headsets and software.

All NZXT gaming PCs are built with standard, off-the-shelf components, making it easy to upgrade your graphics card, RAM, storage, or other parts over time.

Yes. All Player PCs include built-in Wi-Fi and Bluetooth, so you're ready to connect right out of the box.
You can return a new Player PC within 14 days of delivery for a refund of the PC price. We’ll also provide a free return shipping label. Just contact NZXT Support to get started.
Yes. NZXT offers financing through Affirm at checkout, allowing you to split your purchase into monthly payments with no hidden fees. Affirm is currently available to customers in the U.S. only.
Before sending in your PC, back up any personal data and log out of all accounts (like game launchers, email, or social media). Our technicians may perform a factory reset during repair, which would erase everything on the drives.
If your PC arrives with a damaged component or the wrong part installed, please contact NZXT Support right away.
You’ll have 14 days from delivery to report an incorrect component. We’ll assist with an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) for repair or arrange a one-time part exchange.
If the PC was damaged during shipping, we’ll coordinate a return and send you a replacement.
Once your returned PC is received and inspected at our facility, the refund is typically processed back to your original payment method.
Bank processing times may vary, so it can take a few days to appear in your account.
To provide a clean, ready-to-game experience, all NZXT Player PCs come pre-installed with a standard installation of Windows and any necessary hardware drivers. We also include NZXT CAM software on compatible systems to help monitor performance and control any CAM-powered devices installed in the PC.
We do not install any unnecessary third-party applications or “bloatware,” ensuring your system runs at optimal performance.
