Was missing simple part and NZXT refused to send.
The kit was missing one of the four AMD 5 standoffs (about $0.05 worth of plastic). I had a limited window in which to build my computer and I needed it so I rigged the heat plate, which seemed to work fine but I was worried about lack of contact. I reached out to NZXT support hoping they could send the part and I could quickly reinstall the AIO, but they said I simply had to buy a whole bracketing kit from a third party seller in order to get the standoff. I complained and they offered to replace my AIO entirely, but they required me to send in the AIO I had before they would send a new one (note, other companies deal with this issue with a simple credit card charge that gets refunded when the unit gets sent in). I would have had to go without a computer for probably a week or two which was not feasible. Also the replacement of the whole unit seemed wasteful since I only needed one little piece of plastic. Overall terrible experience and I will not be buying anything from NZXT ever again because I ended up having to order the part myself which cost $15 as a kit plus $20 in shipping charges.
