The pairing of NZXT monitors with their monitor arms is truly exceptional. The monitors deliver the high-quality craftsmanship, sharp visuals, and elegant design that NZXT is known for. However, what stood out to me the most was how simple the setup process was. There was no need to tweak the tension on the arms; I just mounted them and was ready to go. The monitor was suggested for the PC I just purchased. (NZXT Player One with upgraded memory)It was easy to set up and customize to my personal preferences. I purchased this because running obs and a game on a single screen seemed like an impossible task. I needed help setting up the arm but once I got the base attached it was easy work. The monitor fits nice vertically because I don’t have much room for a horizontal set up.

Absolutely amazing!! Havent seen such a clear display in ages my old hp monitor doesnt even compare in clarity and ive used hp products for ever but this screen beats that soooo much

I’ve been a loyal NZXT customer since 2018, building a PC primarily with their components. This month, I purchased three 27” monitors from NZXT but found the setup underwhelming, so I bought a 32” monitor while keeping one 27” for a dual monitor setup. Unfortunately, NZXT’s after sales process has been disappointing. Their return system is outdated and overly manual leaving me uncertain about receiving a refund. The RMA process was an awful, requiring multiple shipping labels, but NZXT provided only one. Which forcing me to cover additional shipping costs out of pocket. My advice: ensure you’re certain about your purchase before buying, as returns are a nightmare. This experience has been frustrating, and I’m very unlikely to return or recommend items from NZXT in the future.
