Shipping & Deliveries

Orders placed before 10:00AM AEST will ship within 2 business days. If we have any issues with your order, we will notify you by email and/or phone in order to clear the issue and ship the order as quickly as possible. In the event we are unable to contact you regarding your order, we will hold your order until we hear from you or up to 3 business days. If we do not receive a response, we will cancel your order.

If you need to cancel an order or make changes, please contact us as soon as possible. Requests will need to be made within 2 hours of order placement. Otherwise, it’s not guaranteed we’ll be able to fulfill your requests.

If you ordered an item on preorder, it will be shipped as soon as we receive the preorder item(s).

If you have ordered a item on preorder as well as other items, we will hold your order until the preorder item arrives then ship the entire order together. However, if you would like to have the available items in stock to ship first, please contact our Customer Service team. We will ship the items in stock prior to the preorder item.

Our 48 Hour Shipping Promise to You

We will make every effort to build your custom gaming PC and ship it within two business days if your purchase is completed by 3:00PM AEST on a normal business day.

All other standard orders will ship within three business days.

We offer standard ground shipping, express, and overnight shipping service.

To estimate when your order will arrive, use the information below to calculate the build and transit time based on shipping method and destination selected.

Shipping/Delivery Time and Pricing

Standard shipping service to capital cities is typically;

  • Sydney, Melbourne Adelaide, Hobart is 1 to 2 business days
  • Brisbane is 2 to 3 business days
  • Perth is 5 to 7 days Shipping prices are based on your location and are calculated at checkout.

Express shipping service to capital cities is typically;

  • Sydney, Melbourne Adelaide, Hobart, Brisbane is overnight
  • Perth is 1 to 2 business days

If your order is completed by 3:00PM AEST, on a normal business day, we promise to make every reasonable effort to build your custom gaming PC and ship it to you within two business days. All other standard orders usually ship within three business days.

Overnight shipping does not include weekends or Saturday delivery.

*Orders placed after 3PM AEST Friday and Saturday and Sunday will be processed the next business day.

How do we ship?

NZXT does not offer shipping to PO boxes.

All BLD orders require physical acceptance of the purchaser for parcels and mis-deliveries will incur an additional fee.

BLD reserves the right to hold any order for a quality or security review. If your order is affected, you will be notified within two business days.

Standard ground shipping excludes parts, components, upgrades and other services unless otherwise specified. Shipping surcharges on over-sized items may apply – these charges will be indicated in the appropriate product information pages and will be displayed in the shipping subtotal of your order if applicable.
