Flex: Three Prime Subscription PC

NZXT Flex is a service that lends you one NZXT PC at an affordable monthly rate. You are not locked into a long-term commitment and you may cancel anytime by returning the product. You are guaranteed to always have a working PC during your subscription so any issues or defects that arise will be solved at no extra cost. You will also receive regular refresh upgrades every two years.

NZXT Flex is a subscription service, different from a financing or a rent-to-own program. Subscribers do not own the PC and do not have to commit to paying its full value. Subscriptions are not loans – you do not incur any debt or pay any interest.

Just as the subscriber can subscribe at any time, they can also cancel their subscription at any time by logging into your account: There is no cancellation fee ($0), Upon cancellation, shipping cost for returning the unit is free ($0), If the original packaging was discarded, there may be a fee for new packaging, If there is substantial damage to the PC, a fee may be charged, We do not offer partial refunds for unused time remaining on your subscription. NZXT Flex includes a brand new or like-new NZXT PC, 24/7 support, and a product guarantee for as long as you keep your subscription active. After two years, you will be eligible for a system upgrade at no extra cost. Currently, there are no peripherals or accessories included.

Yes, the NZXT Flex PC is guaranteed for as long as your subscription is active and your payments are current. If the device breaks, doesn’t perform as expected or is defective, just let us know and we'll either help you get it working or swap it out for you free of charge. Our Customer Support is available 24/7.

Yes. Please keep the box and packaging the product is delivered in, which is designed to protect the PC during shipping. Otherwise, if you need to return it later for service, to upgrade, or to end your subscription, a fee will apply to ship you new packaging.

No. The order review step, a common process for high-value products, does not impact your credit score. Although we may do a soft credit check as part of the verification process, this will not impact your credit score.

Listed specifications reflect the minimum performance components included with a Flex PC. Actual specifications may vary due to inventory availability, we ensure performance will always meet or exceed the listed components. If any specific part is downgraded, we’ll contact you for approval before your order ships, and a discount may apply.
