H7 Flow (2022)

I bought this case at a discount of 80€, this is the reason for the 4 stars on the price. I don't know if I would have covered it at full price. The case is very well made, the quality is excellent and the assembly of the components was also very simple. The design is well done, the only flaw I find is that if you want to install additional fans/replace those already present as in my case, in which I have all CORSAIR QX fans in the lower part of the case (bottom), where there is the preparation for the 120, the QX of Corsair do not fit, as there is a small re-entry of the sheet metal towards the entire, going to cover the ICUE connector of the fans. This is why in my case I had to saw off a small part of the case. Last final note, I would have liked some dust filters with smaller holes.

For years, I've been a loyal Cooler Master fan and have used their cases for several PC builds. The NZXT H7 Flow RGB is my first venture into NZXT, and I have to say, I'm completely blown away by how thoughtfully designed a modern case can be. It has absolutely made me a convert.

Pros:

Brilliant Interior Layout: The design is just brilliant. The vertical placement of the power supply, completely hidden from view, is an amazing touch that dramatically cleans up the build's appearance. The overall spacing inside is generous and a huge upgrade from my previous cramped case.

Exceptional Airflow & Cooling: The "Flow" in the name is no joke. The case has fantastic airflow options that are genuinely effective. It's keeping my notoriously hot Intel i9-14900K a few degrees cooler than my last case. There was also plenty of room to mount my Kraken 360 AIO radiator at the top, which is the ideal placement for optimal cooling.

Effortless Cable Management: My previous case was a nightmare for cable management, and this NZXT case solved that completely. There's plenty of space and well-placed routing options that make getting a clean-looking build incredibly easy.

Overall:

I honestly can't say enough nice things about the NZXT H7 Flow RGB. It solved all the spacing, cooling, and cable management issues I was struggling with and looks fantastic doing it. As of September 2025, I believe I'll be sticking with NZXT for my future builds. Highly recommended!

Finally came time to upgrade my case from an ancient NZXT Phantom from 2012, and I couldn't be happier with my choice. Stylish, spacious, great airflow and a dream to build in - I would buy this case over again if I had another PC to build.

The case is much larger and heavier than what I expected. I would say this is the size of a full-tower case rather than a mid-tower. Due to the large size, the case is highly spacious. The vertical placement of the PSU makes plenty of space below my 5090 graphics card. The pre-installed three fans are powerful. I added three additional fans at the bottom and one fan at the back. These fans, plus the three fans on the liquid cooler at the top of the case, make the case super cool inside and very quiet. The only thing that I don't like the case is being too large (and thus too heavy). Other than that, I love this case!
