Great starter PC for the price. Very easy setup and plug/play. Only downside to the player one is the 3050. Had to upgrade my graphics card immediately to the 3070 to have good performance but totally worth the head start with the pre build player one.

I bought this computer as a replacement for my previous NZXT build from 2020. Granted, it was a custom build back when NZXT still did that, but it ran beautifully for six years before I needed a replacement. All this time, I've done nothing but sing NZXT's praises to my friends and family whenever they were thinking of upgrading their computer. Unfortunately, their quality today is not the quality of 2020.
They've completely stripped away virtually all aspects of customization. Okay, fine, hopefully that means the builds are streamlined so they'll be fast and efficient, right?
No. The computer I got was shipped with a faulty power supply. And while I initially wrote a complaint to NZXT about it, I learned that the only way they'd rectify their own mistake was if I reboxed the machine and shipped it back to them and then waited for them to fix it and return it to me (and likely break something else in the process). Keep in mind that I paid extra for overnight shipping because I needed a replacement computer for my job. Their warranty might have made this process free, but it would not have been cheap in terms of time and there was no guarantee that something else wouldn't be broken instead.
So, I wound up buying my own power supply and swapping it. Now the computer runs and now I know that I'm never coming back to NZXT again. If I'm going to have to buy parts and manually swap myself to get it running, I might as well just build it from scratch and get the customization…

Six years of recommending NZXT to friends and family is not something we take lightly, and we're truly sorry that this experience didn't live up to what you've come to expect from us.
Receiving a PC with a faulty power supply is not acceptable, and we completely understand why the prospect of reboxing and shipping it back felt like an unfair burden on top of that, especially when you were depending on it for work and had already paid for overnight shipping to get it quickly. We hear you on that.
We're glad you were able to get things up and running, but we recognize that you shouldn't have had to do that, and we're sorry we weren't able to offer a faster path to resolution that worked for your situation. Your feedback on the RMA process and the customization options is something we want to make sure gets heard internally.

I absolutely love this pc, the set up was super easy as well. Good quality packaging, nice design, amazing overall. Naturally, my only gripe is how much it is, but you guys definately make it worth it.
