I had the previous model of the nzxt kraken aio pump and it was most likely faulty from the day I built my pc but it didn't start showing prominent issues until recently. Nzxt had me send it in under warranty but since that model was discontinued, they sent me out this one. The latest, upgraded model and it is 100% better than the last model. The installation was more simple and quick, the set up was easy to figure out and the screen displays so much more clearer photos and gifs. I absolutely love this aio pump and I appreciate nzxt customer support. They were very kind, patient and quick to respond to help me resolve my warranty replacement.

cools well enough but you can't control the lcd with any other software, nor can you set CAM to just control the lcd. Absolutely locked into there software which is mediocre at best. A few months in and it had a "firmware glitch" that tech support wanted me to wipe all my CAM profiles and tear apart the back of my tower for. Frankly won't be buying from NZXT again.

I dont know if this is bad some let me know I didnt notice this until I installed it but everything is in oerfect condition so id this wont cause anything then im giving it 5 stars for now.

My Kraken did not come with the rubber standoffs. So now I have to order through amazon or eBay and wait to finish my build.

DO not buy any NZXT AIO if you have an AMD RX 9070 series card as CAM SOFTWARE has not been updated to show the GPU temps on the screen and NZXT have told me themselves that a fix is not coming any time soon!!

Its great but the hoses are shorter by an inch or more.
Makes it difficult to fit.

This is the endgame of AIO - everything you could want here. I've used the Kraken series for years now and never a complaint. With the latest Elite series they finally have an issue that makes me go 'eh...' That sleeved cable that comes out between the tubes on the radiator. Ugly and impossible to manage and make look decent or able to hide it. Maybe the Elite+ will have a solution for it.

Very nice cooler picture is sharp and large I’ve have always used Nzxt in several systems tks for another great unit 👍

The kit was missing one of the four AMD 5 standoffs (about $0.05 worth of plastic). I had a limited window in which to build my computer and I needed it so I rigged the heat plate, which seemed to work fine but I was worried about lack of contact. I reached out to NZXT support hoping they could send the part and I could quickly reinstall the AIO, but they said I simply had to buy a whole bracketing kit from a third party seller in order to get the standoff. I complained and they offered to replace my AIO entirely, but they required me to send in the AIO I had before they would send a new one (note, other companies deal with this issue with a simple credit card charge that gets refunded when the unit gets sent in). I would have had to go without a computer for probably a week or two which was not feasible. Also the replacement of the whole unit seemed wasteful since I only needed one little piece of plastic. Overall terrible experience and I will not be buying anything from NZXT ever again because I ended up having to order the part myself which cost $15 as a kit plus $20 in shipping charges.
