Shipping policy

Standard ground shipping


We also offer Express and Overnight shipping Service. We currently only offer international shipping to Canada. NZXT ships out of Southern California. To estimate your receive date use the estimated ship date listed on the product page and add the time in transit based on your location and chosen shipping service level.

*Orders placed after 3pm Friday through Sunday will be processed the next business day. See our holiday schedule below.

Shipping/Delivery Pricing

The cost for shipping is based on a flat fee depending on the products you purchase, the shipping service level you select, and, your location. Please add item(s) to your shopping cart to review the latest pricing before checking out.

Do we ship internationally?

We currently only ship internationally to Canada.

How do we ship?

NZXT partnered with FedEx to provide you with exceptional delivery service. We require a signature from an adults 21+ for every delivery. Help is always available via NZXT’s support team at 1-800-228-9395 or by submitting a request.

NZXT does not offer shipping to PO boxes unless it is for military APO Boxes.

Additional information

NZXT reserves the right to hold any order for a quality or security review. If your order is affected, you will be notified within two business days.

Standard ground shipping excludes parts, components, upgrades and other services unless otherwise specified. Shipping surcharges on over-sized items may apply – these charges will be indicated in the appropriate product information pages and will be displayed in the shipping subtotal of your order if applicable.

We charge a shipping tax for California and Washington. For Canada shipping fees, NZXT does not cover for importation fees nor it is liable for such fees.

NZXT Components & Gaming Gear Shipping Policy

Orders placed before 11:00AM PST will ship within 2 business days. If we have any issues with your order, we will notify you by email and/or phone in order to clear the issue and ship the order as quickly as possible. In the event we are unable to contact you regarding your order, we will hold your order until we hear from you or up to 3 business days. If we do not receive a response, we will cancel your order.

If you need to cancel an order or make changes, please contact us as soon as possible. Requests need to be made within 2 hours of order placement. Otherwise, we cannot guarantee your requests.

Preorders

If you ordered a item on preorder, it will be shipped as soon as we receive the preorder item(s).

If you have ordered a item on preorder as well as other items, we will hold your order until the preorder item arrives then ship the entire order together. However, if you would like to have the available items in stock to ship first, please contact our Customer Service team. We will ship the items in stock prior to the preorder item.

NZXT utilizes several security features to ensure your personal data is safe. At times, our system will notify us to investigate further. If we are not able to resolve the issue internally, then we will contact you for further verification.
