Player Three

Purchased this for her daughter, it’s her second PC she was extremely happy with the storage , graphics, and performance of the Pc . She does alot of digital graphics art and the player 3 is prefect for her . Thank u

The machine is great!! I’m loving it so far (a week). When it arrived, it couldn’t be easier to setup. It would be nice if they listed more specs of the machine such as motherboard etc. but overall it is a great build. The only thing not so great was the shipping. Fedex sort of dropped the box at my doorstep during delivery. (Might have slipped, but still, it had fragile tags all over the box). Thankfully, so far that has not caused any issues that I noticed.

i did not realize how big and space consuming is the System 3.

is there a way to get a smaller case for it? i can send this one back.

This is the second time within the warranty period to at my gaming system has needed repair. This last time was 5 days before the warranty was up. I sent it back in the exact box which the company returned the unit to me the first time. Nzxt sent it back to me stating I did not package it according to the instructions and voided the warranty. They did not attempt to call and try to do and service recovery or even give me a chance at them fixing it, juts sent it back with a email saying “warranty voided.” Basically, the motherboard and graphics card needed replaced and they came up with some way to not fix it. The shipping instructions say to open the console and insert something inside. Th is was not completed when they sent it to me last time. Let me reiterate, on the past two years, it has broke down TWICE. DONT SOEND THE MONEY, it will break down and they will attempt to not fix it. .

Exactly what i was expecting. Only issue was RGB software. They only included NZXT cam upon sending it out but the computer has 0 NZXT RGB hardware. For a beginner who has no idea rhis could be a huge problem having your pc stuck on rainbow mode… i was able to install aurous and the RGB works fine but just something i had to note.

The machine itself is perfect, worked immediately, configured well, 100% love it.

I was in a rush and paid for overnight shipping, which is $180. The only mistake NZXT made was using Fedex, who are notoriously unreliable when it comes to home delivery. Sure enough, their incompetent driver came all the way to my house, made no attempt whatsoever to deliver, and drove away. I had to wait another 24 hours and spend an hour on the phone with Fedex to make them actually deliver.

NZXT to the rescue! They agreed to fully refund my overnight shipping. I think most companies would have brushed me off, but not NZXT. Really appreciate the commitment to customer service. Now just stop using Fedex!

When I first purchased my PC from the NZXT Player Three line, I was skeptical that maybe something was going to happen to the components of the computer due to the negative reviews I've read in the past. However the package, while huge, secured the machine perfectly well and the packaging inside the case made sure the parts were stabilized and protected. Setup was incredibly easy and the thing ran like a beast, excelling at just about every application I threw at it including gaming, video/media creation, benchmarking, programming, streaming, VR, and more. Coming from someone who always grew up with low to mid-tier specs on previous systems, I found this PC to be a massive gamechanger, future proofing the quality of my productivity and entertainment for years to come. If you are somebody looking for a system to keep you from spending hundreds of more dollars just for upgrades within a few years, this one will work absolutely perfectly for you (but of course expect to have ample space in your room for it).
