Eligible products qualify for a refund or exchange only with an authorized RMA number and the item is returned to the NZXT.com Store inventory within 30 days of purchase. Returns are not allowed beyond 30 days of the purchase date.
The NZXT.com Store reserves the right to deny any return or exchange. Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment. To initiate a return, simply submit a request.
Warranty Length
- New NZXT computer cases, temperature meters, fans, lighting, monitors, accessories, and cables carry a 2-year warranty from the date of purchase for parts and labor.
- NZXT peripherals including keyboard, mouse, mouse pad, capture card, microphone (Capsule series) , and the audio products (Relay Headset, Relay Subwoofer, Relay Speakers, and SwitchMix) carry a 2-year warranty.
- NZXT Gold power supplies carry a 10-year warranty and the Bronze power supplies carry a 5-year warranty.
- NZXT Kraken X and Kraken Z Series liquid coolers carry a 6-year warranty and the Kraken M22 and Kraken 120 carry a 3-year warranty.
- NZXT motherboards carry a 3-year warranty, excluding the N7 Z370 and N7 Z390 which carry a 4-year extended warranty.
- All NZXT Certified Refurbished NZXT brand products carry a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase for parts and labor. Any replacement product will be warranted for the remainder of the warranty period or thirty days, whichever is longer. Proof of purchase is required for warranty service.

I purchased one of these arms a while ago and man do I love it. So I thought I would purchase another to attach my webcam too. When I received the arm I immediately noticed that the new arm seems to stay at a 180 degree angle. When trying to bend it to the desired angle it always snaps back to 180 degrees. I would love to figure this issue out because honestly I have loved my other arm; but I don't want to risk breaking a pricey camera with an boom arm that wants to be a catapult.

Build quality seems good so far. Only issue I have is the spring strength it just wants to snap back to 180° every time only way I can really use it is if I leave it straight at 180°. And they say you could adjust for the spring stiffness it doesn’t work. And the weight of the microphone doesn’t counteract it. Overall disappointed with The ease of use

"Arm is made from plastic retained by spring tension. I applied very reasonable force to bend the arm at a joint, and the joint exploded, requiring a replacement arm.
Do not recommend. "

is it possible to rotate the mic after tightenning it to the arm ? i have the nzxt capsule and when I thread it in the arm the mic end up in the opposite direction

Definitely sturdy quality, looks great and works pretty great for the most part, my only issue is that it is a little stiff. The boom arm feels like it wants to return to a straight 180° angle even when I tighten the elbows. It still works, don’t get me wrong! But, it feels almost defective with how strongly my boom arm tries to push back on whatever angle I set it to. I can definitely get it set to whatever angle I want, and by attaching the NZXT Capsule mic, it provides a much needed extra weight to pull down the arm, but I still can’t help but feel it is a bit more difficult than it should be to maneuver the arm to whatever place I want it to be. Still I am overall very happy with my purchase as it makes my stream look much more professional, it makes it easier for me to sound more quality, and it frees up space on my desk! Shoutout NZXT for another really good product.

Immediately as I attempted to set this arm up, the center adjustment knob broke off with little pressure applied. Support was awesome though and sent a new one. I assume the original just had a small defect but otherwise liked the arm and look forward to using the replacement.

Hello. First of all I'd like to say that the boom arm LOOKS amazing but sadly when I tighten it the arm does not stay in place as I intended. The bottom screw works but the second screw in the middle does not function in any way no matter how tight or loose I screw it :c I ordered the NZXT Capsule and Boom Arm off from Amazon. I'll try to "fix" the boom arm but if it won't work out I'll send it back and ask for replacement :c I hope the NZXT Capsule that will arrive tomorrow will perform way better :D Looking forward to it :). I'm from Germany :D

boom arm came broken but i ended up breaking it more so i couldnt get a refund or nothin
