I needed the correct packaging for my son's CRT purchased from NZXT. I purchased CRT packaging kit from NZXT to ship it. The box came and it was huge! SO I thought there was anopther packaging box inside. NOPE this WAS the Box. There were some foam inserts inside but NO packing instructions. NO self-inflating pack for the inside to keep the insides safe. And the Box was TOO big. Even withtthe foam inserts there was extra space inside the box that I had to fill with other materials. Now the Box is so big that it will not fit in my car. Will have rent a Truck to get it to FED EXP. I wish I could give no stars because the box and the inserts cost me $60.00

We did want to clarify a couple of things that we hope are helpful: our packaging instructions are available digitally on the product page, and our support team is always happy to send them over directly if you reach out. Additionally, if anything had been missing from your kit, we would have been glad to send replacement materials to you at no charge; that's something we absolutely would have taken care of.
