Eligible products qualify for a refund or exchange only with an authorized RMA number and the item is returned to the NZXT.com Store inventory within 30 days of purchase. Returns are not allowed beyond 30 days of the purchase date.
The NZXT.com Store reserves the right to deny any return or exchange. Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment. To initiate a return, simply submit a request.
Warranty Length
- New NZXT computer cases, temperature meters, fans, lighting, monitors, accessories, and cables carry a 2-year warranty from the date of purchase for parts and labor.
- NZXT peripherals including keyboard, mouse, mouse pad, capture card, microphone (Capsule series) , and the audio products (Relay Headset, Relay Subwoofer, Relay Speakers, and SwitchMix) carry a 2-year warranty.
- NZXT Gold power supplies carry a 10-year warranty and the Bronze power supplies carry a 5-year warranty.
- NZXT Kraken X and Kraken Z Series liquid coolers carry a 6-year warranty and the Kraken M22 and Kraken 120 carry a 3-year warranty.
- NZXT motherboards carry a 3-year warranty, excluding the N7 Z370 and N7 Z390 which carry a 4-year extended warranty.
- All NZXT Certified Refurbished NZXT brand products carry a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase for parts and labor. Any replacement product will be warranted for the remainder of the warranty period or thirty days, whichever is longer. Proof of purchase is required for warranty service.

It works perfectly with my standard RGB controller.
Though there aren't as many fans as the picture shows..
The airflow is still great with only front panel fans.

My package arrived before the original shipping date which would have been great but the box itself came soaking wet at the bottom and punctured. The box puncture corresponded to a dent on the right side panel. Customer service is sending me a replacement part to fix the situation. This likely could have been prevented had the styrofoam packaging in the box didn't leave exposed hollow gaps in the box, which would have protected the case. The damage is more likely an issue with the international delivery service chosen by the company than the product itself.

It's a nice looking case and quality went up in many areas of this case but they removed the fine magnetic mesh filters from their designs. It's just perforated steel now, no actual filters and dust builds up quickly compared to the older cases they used to make.

I got this case for the one I had for a build wasn't a good fit with the USB3 board plug being horizontal and hitting the plug on the case. . . . . . after reading all the reviews I went with it and am happy in how for a glass case this isn't flimsy in my eyes. . . it had all the mounts and cords and spots to put drives in for me. . . I haven't done the legacy HD I have to put in yet. . . . . I like it and got it in white for it makes it easy to know when it needs cleaning over black that you don't see as soon. . . . like the Velcro wire holders. . . . AA++
