Gaming PC RMA Packaging Materials (H7/H710 2021-2023 Series)

I do not know the process of how a replacement packing kit is made with various different configurations but what I received was barely enough to pack my PC out to the Extend Team. My GPU was replaced very early (3 months after receiving my PC) and the replacement GPU was a bit bigger than my old one. I received 1 pre cut foam insert & 1 insta-quick package, various cardboard inserts.

None of the cardboard inserts are label or marked for what the intended uses with the exception of them having dotted marks which would be used for a Top-fan protection which my configuration did not have. I also did not have the inserts for the bottom fan. I also received 2 pieces of white cardboard in shapes that I have no idea what those were used for in purpose.

Overall, I did use the online instructions as best as I could to get it my PC packed in time for the Extend Team to do my RMA service under their conditions. I've expressed this prior but I wasn't told I could request a replacement packing kit from customer service as the Extend Team does not provide shipping package materials & I had to purchase this kit & in rush order to meet the deadline for the label created by the Extend Team. I think the kit itself is well made but unlabeled cardboard pieces and some materials missing, I can only rate it a 3 out of 5 stars.

to require purchase of a 50$ box of packing materials to complete an UNDER WARRANTY repair is ludicrous. this should absolutely be provided no charge.

When I originally received my NZXT PC in December, 2024, I didn't expect to find the glass to be shattered. Now, about one week before that side glass was back in stock (yes, about 7 months), the PC simply won't turn on, as if the power supply were plugged into nothing - no lights or error codes on the motherboard or anything. It wouldn't power the monitors to POST or do anything. So I simply placed the new side glass on the PC and all the right-sized tools were there to keep secure, including the GPU. I would have taken a picture, but I was too eager get the new one after living with this one for 7 months and watching the dust bunnies pile up inside the case.
