Started to look at individual component cost to build my significant other a new computer but come to find out that the hassle of wrangling all those parts and then putting it together wouldn't really be as much of a money saver as it once was.
So we went the route of buying a pre-built, this is our second from NZXT, took very little time to get setup and up and running and now she's playing games. Very smooth process and very happy with the quality of the build.

This is not the first PC I have ordered from NZXT. I originally ordered a Player 1 PC and I STILL to this day have zero complaints of its performance. However, after having this Player 1: Prime for roughly a week, I am running into some issues. It started with audio drivers going out - as in audio was being recognized but not coming from the monitor as the output - even though it was the selected output. Then, when attempting to reset the PC something was prohibiting the PC from resetting and was giving the blue screen that the PC did not complete the reset. I had to reinstall Windows and take it to a MicroCenter for them to reinstall the drivers (I don’t have an Ethernet connection to have done it myself.) Even after MicroCenter re-installed the drivers, the audio driver had to be rolled back due to it not working through the selected output; fixable but annoying. The downside to this, is the warranty from NZXT is for hardware problems and not for issues like this which might be a bit scary for new PC users who do not know how to solve these issues. These are not things that should be happening after a week of gentle use. Wish the warranty covered a little more in its time frame; but outside of this, the performance has been great and the graphics looks great on my monitor.

Be sure to include details such as the exact error messages you saw during the reset attempts, whether the audio issue happens consistently or intermittently, and any recent updates or changes before the problems began.
While our warranty primarily covers hardware, we also cover software issues that cause blue screen errors, as they can sometimes be related to hardware. So we'd like to know from you.

It’s everything I expected and wanted in a gaming computer. The graphics are excellent, and there are enough ports in the back for everything I’d ever want to plug into my computer. It’s super quiet, has beautiful coloring, and is hands-down the best computer I’ve ever owned. I would recommend this computer to anybody.

Great unit for the price. Needed more for work then for a gamer. But I trust the NZXT brand and they did it right this time too. Even came in a fantastic package as usual that even withstood the FedEx treatment!
Only qualm is the rear MB panel. The connections to teh MB and almost a 1/4" recessed behind the panel when I opened up but box. I hope to be able to move it closer in the hear future.
