This is my second build from NZXT. I bought a budget ITX build from them back in 2019 that still runs to this day, but I wanted to upgrade my GPU and I would have needed to change so many parts to accommodate it, that I decided to just get a new build instead. When I ordered this PC the ship by date was 6.16.25, but by 6.2.25 the computer had already been delivered (two weeks early.) I was very happy with this but know that I live only two states away from NZXT, your mileage may vary.
I chose the Prime 2 because the H7 case was enough to impress Stephen from Gamer's Nexus. That's not an easy task lol. I love it too and the case fans are so quiet that I forget they are there, even with the tower sitting on my desk next to my monitor. The kraken fans are completely quiet as well.
I'm also very pleased with the way NZXT packages PC towers. They are strapped down incredibly well inside the box, more securely than your relationships. I can tell it didn't budge once in transit, and it doesn't have a single scratch on it, which is something I was worried about the first time I ordered back in 2019 (that one also arrived spotless.)
If I had to make one criticism about the buying process it would be that I didn't see the options for expanding memory that I wanted when purchasing (I would have needed to go up to the prime 3, which would have been overkill for me personally) but as far as the quality of the purchase and the delivery experience, I feel like I got my money's worth,…
