WOW this Pc is a 10/10! The style of the case, the coolant system, and the flawless setup of this is mind blowing. I had gotten more than I bargained for! While the ship time was a little slower and there was a few communication issues at first creating a head ache. Once I received this Pc and fired it up for the first time it was well worth it!

Ended up with 8 weeks of downtime on a now 3500 dollar machine because of bad customer service on a RAM RMA. Every promise made was not kept, and process was more difficult than it needed to be.
When it’s working, the machine is amazing, I have no complaints about that. Purely the fact that they expected me to be okay with 8 weeks of downtime, and repeatedly lied to me

FedEx failed delivery 3 times while within 1 mile of our house. We filed a lost package and miraculously they finally delivered our rig. Setup was very easy and frames per second in newest Call of Duty were over 155 fps. Windows11 restore from backup was flawless!

The computer is great and easy to set up. I have had issues with the chat bot trying to get support. I have not received a game code for my game bundle and the chat bot is unresponsive and there is no other way to communicate with customer service without submitting a ticket. Very frustrating!!!

The system looks amazing, performs great, and is cooled way past the usual expectation for a Ryzen platform. My only complaint is that I was not informed on the product specifications page or list of specs that this motherboard (Gigabyte B650 UD AX-Y1). It only has 1gbit ethernet port, and I am on symmetric 2gig fiber service. Had I known this, I'd have contacted NZXT prior to ordering to see if there was an upgrade option to a better motherboard. I am now having to buy a dedicated PCIe 2.5gbit network card to enable full internet speeds. My 5 year old NZXT BLD computer has 2.5gbit ports. So it's just a little disappointing to see the cheap out here.

So quick to respond. Prompts keep me fully updated. Main reason for purchase is for Fortnite which I started with my grandson some years ago on controller. He’s been on pc for years now. It was time to get on the same page again so we have at least some things we like together. It gave me time with him. Since he set it up, but he says it’s better than the one he plays off. So I have benefited in many ways with my new purchase. It’s just getting better learning the key bonds, and hey, it’s better than Suzuki for the brain-train. Thanks for a great experience.

I started renting the Flex Player Two Prime after that easy anti cheat stopped supporting Shadow PC and there was no way I was giving up VRChat so switching to the NZXT has been such a huge upgrade for vr and honestly if I had known about this option sooner I would have canceled my Shadow PC a long time ago
my favorite thing about it is the hardware refresh after two years cause being able to upgrade if they have new hardware upgrade for my plan is amazing honestly for me the pricing is really good cause I can’t afford to buy a gaming pc outright and I really don’t want to
