Player: One Flex

NZXT Flex allows you to pay a monthly fee for your gaming PC. You can cancel whenever you like and return your PC with no hidden fees. We send you a shipping label prepaid on us, and you return the PC in the original packaging. This is not a rent-to-own program, as you receive a lifetime warranty, and regular refresh upgrades every 2 years.

Initially, we launched with only the Player: Two PC. With high demonstrated interest and user satisfaction, we now offer Player: One and Player: Three as well. And as a subscriber, you can expect more options to continue to be added, including both PCs and customizations. As a subscriber, you also get regular refresh upgrades every 2 years. Component-level upgrades are not supported today, but will be soon.

This is not a financing or a rent-to-own program, as you get a lifetime warranty, regular refresh upgrades, and more. You are allowed to cancel at any time and are not obligated to make payments until fully paid off, but you will also be required to return your computer.

Contact us at flex@nzxt.com, and we will give you a shipping label prepaid on us to return your PC. Once returned, you will no longer be charged the following month. You can cancel anytime, no questions asked, and with no hidden fees.

You will receive a new or like-new PC according to the NZXT Flex subscription you chose. No peripherals or other gaming gear are currently included.

With a lifetime warranty, you can contact our award-winning customer service team anytime if you have any issues. We will either resolve your issue or swap your PC out for a replacement. The majority of situations will be free, with exceptions only for cases of negligence, theft, or intentional damage.

Yes; please keep the box and packaging in which your product is delivered. Even if you don’t cancel your subscription or ever need service help, you will still need to safely swap your PC later when you are eligible for your refresh upgrade. If you lose or throw away your packaging, you will likely be charged a fee for a replacement set of packaging.

We currently only support the 48 contiguous states of the U.S. (no Alaska or Hawaii)

No—while we do have a subscription order review step, a common process for high-value products, we do not impact your credit score. We may do a soft credit check as part of the verification process; however, this credit check does not show up on your credit report or impact your credit score. If you fail to return your PC or do not make subscription payments, we will work with you to resolve the issue. However, if you refuse to communicate with us, as a last resort, you may be referred to a collection agency, which may impact your credit.

Typical Flex Approval Requirements: 1. Verify Your ID – Required for all subscribers. 2. Use an Approved Payment Method – Only non-prepaid cards (no CashApp or prepaid Visas). 3. Link a Bank Account – Assists with verification. 4. Match ID and Checkout Names – Ensure your ID name matches the checkout name. 5. Avoid VPNs During Checkout – Location mismatches can impact approval.
