Frequently Asked Questions

Are the NZXT Control Hub, an NZXT Motherboard, or NZXT CAM required to adjust fan speeds and RGB?

No. The NZXT Control Hub or NZXT Motherboard are only needed if you want system-wide lighting sync with other NZXT products or to adjust Performance Fans within NZXT CAM.

You can still control Performance Fan speed and lighting through most motherboard software, such as ASUS Aura Sync or MSI Mystic Light.

Is my motherboard compatible with single-frame Performance fans (F240X, F260X, F280X)?

Single-frame Performance fans require a fan header that supports up to 2A. Check your motherboard manual to confirm compatibility. If your motherboard doesn’t meet this requirement, the NZXT Control Hub ensures full compatibility with any motherboard.
