to require purchase of a 50$ box of packing materials to complete an UNDER WARRANTY repair is ludicrous. this should absolutely be provided no charge.

When I originally received my NZXT PC in December, 2024, I didn't expect to find the glass to be shattered. Now, about one week before that side glass was back in stock (yes, about 7 months), the PC simply won't turn on, as if the power supply were plugged into nothing - no lights or error codes on the motherboard or anything. It wouldn't power the monitors to POST or do anything. So I simply placed the new side glass on the PC and all the right-sized tools were there to keep secure, including the GPU. I would have taken a picture, but I was too eager get the new one after living with this one for 7 months and watching the dust bunnies pile up inside the case.

I ordered this box wondering just how nice it would be. I tracked that baby all the way from California’s three times a day. While I was at work I received a notification on my phone that it was delivered. Boy was I happy. I drove home 95MPH and pulled into the drive gazing at this beautiful brown behemoth of a box. Man was I ecstatic!!
I opened that bad boy up and had many options of cardboard cutouts and all. Wow. Not just a box, but cardboard cut outs.
Highly recommend this bad boy as I await my RMA to once upon gaze at that beautiful carmel brown double walled cardboard again.

The packaging arrived in great condition!! I was happy with it all. The only thing I would suggest doing is putting a step by step booklet with the packaging materials in case a client could not access the internet to view the website to help them know how to package their case properly. :) The NZXT team I have been working with has been very helpful and responsive in everything I've asked. All around great service and shipping. :)

Package should have been delivered 11/20. It’s been sitting at fedex with no new updated on delivery. My ticket was closed so I can’t email them to inquiry where my computer is
