Can I use an SFX PSU in a regular ATX case?

Yes, but be mindful of the cable lengths. We include all the connections required for a high performance build but optimized for a Small Form Factor (SFF) / mini-ITX build. We do not include a SFX to ATX bracket.

Is the C850 SFX compatible with the latest GPUs and CPUs?

Yes. The C850 SFX is ATX 3.1 and PCIe 5.1 compliant, making it ready for the latest GPUs with the 12V-2x6 connector. It also includes PCIe cables for older graphics cards, as well as all the standard connectors needed for current AMD and Intel CPUs.
