6.3. In-depth information on selected cookies

(a) Google Analytics

We use functions of the web analysis service Google Analytics. The provider is Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheater Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA ("Google").

The information generated by a cookie about your use of this website is transmitted to a Google server and stored there. We have activated the IP anonymization function on this website. As a result, your IP address will be shortened by Google within member states of the European Union or in other contracting states of the Agreement on the European Economic Area before it is transmitted to the USA. The full IP address will only be sent to a Google server in the USA and shortened there in exceptional cases. On our behalf, Google will use this information to evaluate your use of our website, to compile reports on website activity and to provide us with other services relating to website activity and internet usage. The IP address transmitted by your browser as part of Google Analytics will not be merged with other Google data.

We have concluded a corresponding additional data protection agreement with Google.

For the exceptional cases in which personal data is transmitted to the USA, this is with the according to Art. 44 ff. UK GDPR secured.

Our website uses the “demographic characteristics” function of Google Analytics. This allows reports to be created that contain statements on the age, gender and interests of the website visitors. This data comes from interest-based advertising from Google as well as from visitor data from third-party providers. These data cannot be assigned to a specific person. You can deactivate this function at any time via the ad settings in your Google account.

You can find more information about Google Analytics at: https://www.google.com/analytics/terms/gb.html . You can find more information about the handling of user data on Google Analytics in Google's data protection declaration: https://support.google.com/analytics/answer/6004245?hl=en .

(b) Google Ads

We use Google Ads. Google Ads is an online advertising program from Google.

We use so-called conversion tracking as part of Google Ads. If you click on an ad placed by Google, a cookie is set for conversion tracking. This cookie loses its validity after 30 days and is not used to personally identify users. If you visit certain pages of this website and the cookie has not yet expired, we and Google can see that you clicked on the ad and were redirected to this website.

Each Google Ads customer receives a different cookie. The cookies cannot be tracked through the websites of Google Ads customers. The information obtained using the conversion cookie is used to create conversion statistics for Ads customers who have opted for conversion tracking. We find out the total number of users who clicked on our ad and were redirected to a website with a conversion tracking tag. However, we do not receive any information with which users can be personally identified. If you do not want to participate in tracking, you can object to this use by simply deactivating the Google conversion tracking cookie in your internet browser under user settings. You will then not be included in the conversion tracking statistics. You can find more information on this at https://support.google.com/ads/answer/7395996.

This data processing is based on your consent. The legal basis is therefore Article 6, Paragraph 1, Sentence 1, Letter a UK GDPR.

You can find more information about Google Ads and Google Conversion Tracking in Google's privacy policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy?gl=en.

6.4. Deactivation, revocation, objection You can prevent cookies from being saved on your computer by setting your Internet browser accordingly, for example by generally deactivating the automatic setting of cookies. However, if certain cookies are deactivated, the functionality of this website may be restricted.

If your personal data is processed by cookies on the basis of your consent (see the table under this section 6.2) (Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. a UK GDPR), you can revoke this consent at any time. You can declare your revocation via the following link nzxt.com/de/cookie-preferences. The legality of our data processing prior to receipt of the revocation remains unaffected by your revocation.

If your personal data is processed by cookies on the basis of our legitimate interest (Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f UK GDPR, as shown in the table under Section 3.2), you can opt out of the processing by setting a so-called opt -Out cookies under the following link nzxt.com/de/cookie-preferences.

7. Other services integrated on the website

7.1. Google Maps

We have embedded the “Google Maps” map service in our web shops. We use a link between Google and our websites. When you visit our site, however, no personal data is initially passed on to Google.

When you visit the website in which Google Maps is integrated, Google receives the information that you have called up the map from our website. If you are logged in to Google, your personal data will be assigned directly to your Google account. If you do not want to be assigned to your Google account, you have to log out before calling up the card.

The transfer of your personal data in the context of the use of Google Maps is based on our legitimate interest in offering you the best possible service and is therefore based on Art. 6 (1) (f) UK GDPR. You can find more information on the purpose and scope of data collection and processing by Google in their data protection declaration (https://policies.google.com/privacy?hl=en). There you will also find further information about your rights in this regard and browser setting options to protect your privacy.

7.2. YouTube

We include YouTube videos on our website that are stored on the YouTube website (http://www.youtube.com) and from our website can be played directly from. YouTube is a service provided by YouTube, LLC, a subsidiary of Google. These videos are integrated in the "extended data protection mode", which means that no data about you as a user will be transmitted to YouTube if you do not play the video. Only when you play the video will the personal data mentioned in the next paragraph be transmitted to YouTube. We have no influence on this data transfer.

When you play YouTube videos, YouTube receives the information that you have accessed the corresponding subpage of our website. In addition, the data is transmitted that is collected when you visit our website for information purposes. This happens regardless of whether you are logged in to YouTube or Google, or whether you have a user account at all. If you are logged in to YouTube or Google, your data will be assigned directly to your account. If you do not wish to be assigned to your profile on YouTube, you must log out before playing the YouTube videos.

YouTube or Google stores this data as a usage profile and uses it for advertising, market research and / or needs-based design of its website. Such an evaluation is carried out in particular (even for users who are not logged in) to provide needs-based advertising and to inform other users of the social network about your activities on our website. You have the right to object to the creation of these user profiles, although you must contact YouTube or Google to exercise it.

By integrating YouTube videos into our online presence, a connection to the Google DoubleClick network is automatically established when you visit our website. This means that no cookies are set in the browser. However, if DoubleClick cookies are already stored in your browser, they will be transferred as part of the request. According to the information from YouTube, data is only transmitted when you play the video.

Further information on the purpose and scope of data collection and its processing by YouTube can be found in YouTube's privacy policy. There you will also find further information on your rights and setting options to protect your privacy: https://policies.google.com/privacy?hl=en.

YouTube and Google also process your personal data in this context in the USA. The data transfer is due to our protective measures according to Art. 44 ff. UK GDPR secured (see section 6.3 (a))

7.3. Social media plugins

We are currently using social media plugins from Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn. We use a link between the plug-in providers and our websites. This means that when you visit our site, no personal data is initially passed on to the providers of these plugins.

When you activate a plug-in, the plug-in provider receives information about which sub-page of our website you have accessed, although in the case of Facebook, according to the provider in Germany, only an anonymized IP is collected. This happens regardless of whether you have an account with the social network of this plug-in provider or are logged in there. If you are logged in with the plugin provider, your personal data will be assigned directly to your account. If you press the activated button and z. If, for example, you link the page, the plug-in provider also stores this information in your user account and shares this publicly with your contacts in the social network of the corresponding plug-in provider. If you do not wish to be assigned to your profile with the plug-in provider, you must log out before activating the button.

The plug-in provider stores this personal data as a user profile and uses it for advertising, market research and / or needs-based design of its website. Such an evaluation takes place in particular (also for users who are not logged in) to display needs-based advertising and to inform other users of the social network about your activities on our website. You have the right to object to the creation of these user profiles, although you must contact the respective plug-in provider to exercise your right of objection.
