NZXT Product Shipping Policy

Shipping & Deliveries

Orders placed before 10:00AM PST will process to ship within 2 business days. If we have any issues with your order, we will notify you by email and/or phone in order to clear the issue and ship the order as quickly as possible. In the event we are unable to contact you regarding your order, we will hold your order until we hear from you or up to 3 business days. If we do not receive a response, we will cancel your order.

If you need to cancel an order or make changes, please contact us as soon as possible. Requests will need to be made within 2 hours of order placement. Otherwise, it’s not guaranteed we’ll be able to fulfill your requests.

The cost for expedited and express shipping is based on a flat fee. Use the table below as a quick reference for calculating shipping charge for an order. (For shipments to Alaska and Hawaii see surcharge fees below)

NZXT partnered with FedEx to provide you with exceptional delivery service.

At times, we will use FedEx SmartPost. FedEx carries your package all the way to the city and then USPS makes the final delivery. To find out more, please click here.

Preorders

If you ordered a item on preorder, it will be shipped as soon as we receive the preorder item(s).

If you have ordered a item on preorder as well as other items, we will hold your order until the preorder item arrives then ship the entire order together. However, if you would like to have the available items in stock to ship first, please contact our Customer Service team. We will ship the items in stock prior to the preorder item.
