NZXT Flex is a service that lends you one NZXT PC at an affordable monthly rate. You are not locked into a long-term commitment and you may cancel anytime by returning the product. You are guaranteed to always have a working PC during your subscription so any issues or defects that arise will be solved at no extra cost. You will also receive regular refresh upgrades every two years.

NZXT Flex includes a brand new or like-new NZXT PC, customer support, and a product guarantee for as long as you keep your subscription active. After two years, you will be eligible for a system upgrade at no extra cost. Currently, there are no peripherals or accessories included.

NZXT Flex is a subscription service and not a rent-to-own financing program. If you are interested in financing a gaming PC NZXT partners with Affirm to offer solutions. With an NZXT Flex subscription, there is no debt, interest, or obligation to purchase. Ownership isn’t built into the standard offering, but we understand situations can change, and migrating your data can be challenging. Yes, the NZXT Flex PC is guaranteed for as long as your subscription is active and your payments are current. If the device breaks, doesn’t perform as expected or is defective, just let us know and we'll either help you get it working or swap it out for you free of charge.

Yes. Please keep the box and packaging the product is delivered in, which is designed to protect the PC during shipping. Otherwise, if you need to return it later for service, to upgrade, or to end your subscription, a fee may apply to ship you new packaging.

No. The order review step, a common process for high-value products, does not impact your credit score. Although we may do a soft credit check as part of the verification process, this will not impact your credit score.

Listed specifications reflect the minimum performance components included with a Flex PC. Actual specifications may vary due to inventory availability, we ensure performance will always meet or exceed the listed components. If any specific part is downgraded, we’ll contact you for approval before your order ships, and a discount may apply.

The specifications listed on the NZXT Flex pages represent the minimum guaranteed performance for each tier. You will receive a PC with comparable or higher specifications, but never lower than what is listed. For example, if a tier specifies a GPU as an NVIDIA RTX 4060, you will receive that GPU or better. All components are carefully chosen to ensure excellent gaming performance.

A like-new PC is a factory-refurbished gaming system that has been wiped, cleaned, tested, and updated to ensure optimal performance. These systems include recent model specs and components that meet or exceed the specifications listed on the product page at the time of subscription.

Initial shipping costs, signup fee, and first monthly payment is captured when your subscription is approved, prior to receiving your order. Your subscription officially begins on the day your order is delivered, marking the start of your first billing cycle. Future monthly subscription payments will recur on the same date, each month as when you received your delivery. You will not be charged for the time between placing your order and receiving the shipment.

Yes, there are eligibility requirements:

• To enter into a subscription agreement, you must be at least 18 years old
• A valid U.S. government-issued ID is required to verify your age and identity.
• You must reside within the contiguous 48 United States, as we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, or locations outside of the U.S.

Approval is not guaranteed. Standard risk factors analysis is part of the subscription approval process. Verification steps, such as identity confirmation, must be completed after signup. Typical Flex Approval Requirements include:

• Verify Your ID – Required for all subscribers.
• An Approved Payment Method is required to complete the subscription. Only non-prepaid cards are accepted forms of payment. (For example, CashApp or prepaid Visas are not accepted forms of payment).
• Link a Bank Account – Assists with verification.
• Match ID and Checkout Names – Required to ensure your ID name matches the checkout name.
